Located at the eastern, seaward corner of the new settlement, straddling an existing elevated path, the Visitors’ Hotel is established to support the new freeport and to develop existing birdwatching tourism.
By strategically aligning existing axes and maintaining careful alignments, the hotel maximises the potential for unobstructed views of the marshland whilst ensuring the privacy of its guests.
Catering to diverse needs, the hotel provides three different styles of accommodation. A capsule hotel faces the public square, behind which larger-scale hotel rooms are located. Low-rise detached cabins then dissipate into the picturesque marshland to accommodate bird enthusiasts.
The hotel construction utilises Ferrock as a cement substitute, reducing carbon emissions and ecological impact. The incorporation of rammed earth and cross-laminated timber (CLT) further enhance the hotel's integration with the local environment.

The base of the construction uses the innovative material of Ferrock, then it is layered with rammed earth, with inserted modular CLT cabins and beams for structural support. Timber and corten steel are also included for decoration and furnishing.
