Junkology is a landscape crafted by children's acts of play. Inspired by a nostalgic past of Rainham marshes in accordance with the memories of locals. Rainham Marshes was once a playground to many. The purpose that local people gave to the unclaimed land shaped a perspective of the landscape that was opposed to the idea of urbanism. Natural instincts overwrite the constructed definitions given by previous generations. Redefining relationships between the process of learning and the act of play, this project explores the boundaries between the natural landscape and the civilisation of human evolution. This includes the studies of artificial intelligence in the design process and its involvement in creating landscapes of the future.
