This project is a strategic programme for the regeneration of the English countryside town city. The core of the project is based on an education centre with archiving, lecturing and exhibiting functions; two workshops for disassembly and reassembly; and a building experiment yard. The site will provide an opportunity for young residents to seek higher education in the construction realm; strengthen the bond of Hastings's local community; provide an alternative renovation and restoration of old residential buildings as well as a building park for public visiting and a new building network for public spaces in the residential area.
