Working with courtyard and street typologies, a playful composition of modular home units and bricks is set into the existing context, creating a new network of urban spaces and a diversity of thresholds between public, semi-private and private conditions. On the floors above, an intergenerational co-housing typology affords opportunities for individuals to form relations through common social interactions.
