A conjoined long section and first-floor plan demonstrate the use of spaces through drawn inhabitation, including the building's structural aspect.
A series of renders capture the key views and inhabitation of the building through its life cycle.
A fractional physical model at 1:150 demonstrates a key public space of the building in relation to the island and the River Thames. In this model, the stepping is largely submerged, representing a future date of 2525.
The chunk focuses on the intersecting space between the café and gallery structures, with walkways allowing users to freely access both spaces. Additionally, a hidden staircase connects the mezzanine to the ground floor café.
The video presents the perspective of a person visiting the island in the year 2525, depicting a heavily polluted, overgrown and flooded site. Flashbacks showcase the changes that have occurred since the building's inception in 2025.
